Latvian rhubarb pie

It's a warm and sunny spring day today... and it's rhubarb time again! So I cook latvian rhubarb pie. Not sure whether it heals my homesickness or make it worse.
The recipe is from my old "Latvian Cuisine" book ("Латышская кухня", 1987).
Here is very similar one, I just used twice as much ingredients (as my recipe says).

I used to eat it with a mug of milk as a child. Oh, memories!

Pieplant pie ☺

Сегодня чудесный весенний денек, и к тому же - пришла ревеневая пора! Я опять пеку латышский ревеневый пирог ("ревнивый" ☺).
